Please take a moment to read and fill out this contract before signing it. You may fax it, e-mail it or mail it to us.
An exact count of guests is required 7 days before the event. The host up to 72 hours in advance of the event may adjust the count. At the time of food service, the bill will be based upon the last guaranteed count provided by the host. If more guests are served, in addition to the last guaranteed count, they will also be added to the bill. 20% service charge and 9% tax will be added to the final bill. All parties get one choice from the salad menu and dessert menu. Parties of 20pp to 40pp may choose up to 3 entrée selections and parties over 40pp may choose up to 2 entrée selections, a total number of the entrée selections need to be given at least 5 days prior to the event. Hors D’Oeuvres menu is available. 25% deposit is due at the time of reservation. If the party cancels after 48 hours of making the reservation the deposit becomes non-refundable. The full amount will be charged if the party does not show-up or cancels 10 days after the reservation. This contract will be voided due to uncontrollable events such as natural disaster or terrorist acts.
